• Simply give us a call or come and visit us. Discuss your requirements with us. You then choose which container you would like to rent. Once you have signed the contract, the container is yours.

  • If you want to rent a storage container from us we don't require any notice, but it's always a good idea to contact us first to make sure that we have the space available. You can reserve a unit in advance, and your chosen start date is flexible, should your plans change.

    When you no longer require your storage unit, we ask for just 14 days notice.

  • I month but you can stay as long as you need to. We welcome both long term and short term rentals.

  • A 20ft container costs £240 (incl tax) for 4 weeks to rent.

  • Security is top of our priority list. State-of-the-art CCTV is in operation 24 hours a day. Access to all of our locations is via a secure PIN code which operates the electric gates.

    All storage units are secured using highly specialised locks, and the customer is the sole key holder.

  • It's manned from 7 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday and we are always around as we also run our family roofing business from the site.

  • Payments are on a weekly basis.

    We require a 4 week refundable deposit and 4 weeks upfront followed by recurring payments at 4 weekly intervals from then on.

    Your initial payment will need to be paid with either a credit or debit card, or with a bank transfer. After that you can pay by direct debit, there is also a card option.

  • Most things can be stored however the following can’t:

    Food or perishable goods.

    Compressed gasses.

    Toxic, pollutant or contaminated goods.

    Firearms, munitions or explosives.

    Radioactive materials.

    Chemicals or biological agents.

    Flammable or hazardous goods.

    Any item emitting fumes, odour or smell.

    All living plants or animals.

    Fireworks.

    Illegal goods and stolen goods.

    Waste, asbestos or potentially dangerous materials.

  • Our site has been built with security as a priority, and we have taken every measure we can to protect your goods while they are with us.

    Unfortunately, things can happen that we can’t predict such as acts of God, like fire and flood. Our containers are extremely sturdy, wind and rainproof but for complete peace of mind, we strongly recommend you fully insure your goods while they are stored with us.

  • You can get access to your container from 7 am - 10 pm every day. The site is manned from 7 am - 5 pm on weekdays. Outwith this the site is protected with an electric gate which you’ll have the code for and top-of-the -range CCTV.

    Please note there is no access after 10 pm.

  • Yes, we require one form of identification, i.e. your driver’s license
